Dr. Lotz and her team are amazing ! As an adult needing to get braces again, I was nervous about the process. Brooke and Zach were so supportive during the initial assessment process. Throughout my 15 month orthodontic journey, all of the staff were patient and encouraging. Kaysi at the front desk is extremely professional and friendly. Andrea, Stephanie, Bree and Angii are also very positive staff members. If you can make it through the adjustment period of the first few months, you will be fine with Invisalign as an adult. It's definitely worth it! This office provides excellent care.

From the moment we walked through the doors, we knew Evergreen was special! We were warmly welcomed by Zach and Kasey (sp), who were both incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely happy to have us there. Brooke then spent time with my daughter and me, thoroughly explaining the entire process, discussing possible treatment options, and answering every question we had. What stood out most was how she took the time to get to know my daughter and made her feel so comfortable and at ease. When we met with Dr. Lotz, it only confirmed that we had found the right place. I honestly don't know how anyone couldn't love her! She is knowledgeable, honest, and it is very clear that she is passionate about helping her patients achieve their best smiles. At no point did I feel pressured or as if unnecessary treatment was being recommended. Her sincerity and genuine care were evident from the start. I also greatly appreciated the variety of payment options they offer. Braces are a significant investment, and the way Evergreen structures their payment plans makes the process feel much more manageable and far less overwhelming. I had an amazing experience at Evergreen Orthodontics! From the moment you walk in, everyone is welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cares about their patients. Dr. Lotz did an incredible job correcting my alignment, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She took the time to explain everything throughout the process and made every visit a great experience. I’m so much more confident in my smile now.
